2013 Summer Chapter Outing
 
This year's summer chapter outing will be on June 14th., 15th., and 16th.; Father's Day Weekend. Reservations will be a must as Manzanita Camp's Loop A is already filling up 6 months in advance of this weekend. Our central camp, which will be 45A has already been reserved. At present there are a number of both pull thru and back in camping sites in that general area. You can call and make a reservation at Reserve America (1-877-444-8777) or go online and make a reservation (recreation.gov). For those who have not visited this National Park it offers fabulous family campsites, marvelous views and a great variety of fishing access and application techniques.  Note that a National Park Senior Pass will admit you to the park for free and reserve campsites for 1/2 the regular fee. Campsites can be cancelled for a $10.00 charge. Do not delay if there is any chance you might want to participate.
